About these terms

Naybur Showroom is operated by Naybur Contracting, Vancouver, British Columbia. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact help@naybur.ca.

Products & pricing

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are the firm price for each item. We work to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate; because photography and specs come from our suppliers, minor variations can occur. If a product is listed with an obvious error in price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we process and ship the item. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment in that case.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is covered on our Shipping page, and returns on our Refund Policy page. Those pages form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
