Naybur Showroom is the materials arm of Naybur Contracting — a design-build general contractor working across Greater Vancouver since 2021, rated 5.0 stars on Google. Every product here is something we actually specify and install on real client jobs.
Why we opened the Showroom
It started with a simple pattern. Job after job, our clients fell in love with the fixtures and finishes we were putting in their homes — the tubs, the faucets, the flooring — and kept asking where they could get more of it. So we went to the suppliers we'd been sourcing from for years and worked out direct partnerships to bring those exact materials to the public.
That's the whole idea: the finishes a trusted contractor already trusts, without the contractor markup on the material and without the trip to a dozen different supplier counters. You get builder-grade product, one place, shipped to your door.
Where the products come from
Our catalogue is drawn from the suppliers we work with directly on live builds:
- Aspect Bath — tubs, shower bases, glass doors and bath hardware
- Modern Bathrooms — vanities, mirrors, sinks and faucets
- West Coast Floors — flooring, tile and stone
Because these are real supply relationships, the specs and photography come straight from the source — not stock listings we've never touched.

- Shipped Canada-wide. Order online and we ship direct; Greater Vancouver customers can also arrange local pickup and, if they want it, install by the Naybur crew.
