Yes — after-hours and weekend work is standard for our commercial projects. We sequence the disruptive demolition, drywall, and finishing work outside business hours so the customer-facing space stays operating. Quiet finishing tasks happen during the day.

Do you handle BC commercial code and inspections?

Yes. BC Building Code (BCBC) commercial sections, fire ratings, accessibility (BC Accessible Built Environment Code), and life-safety inspections are managed in-house. For larger projects we coordinate with the sealed engineering required for occupancy.

Yes — we maintain commercial general liability, WorkSafeBC coverage, and the additional named-insured certificates landlords typically request. We supply documentation directly to building management before mobilisation.
