A commercial renovation has a different rhythm than residential. The trades work nights and weekends. The code compliance has more layers. The tenant or owner needs to keep operating. We plan accordingly.

Frequently asked
Can you work after hours so our business can stay open in Vancouver?
Yes — after-hours and weekend work is standard for our commercial projects. We sequence the disruptive demolition, drywall, and finishing work outside business hours so the customer-facing space stays operating. Quiet finishing tasks happen during the day.
Do you handle BC commercial code and inspections?
Yes. BC Building Code (BCBC) commercial sections, fire ratings, accessibility (BC Accessible Built Environment Code), and life-safety inspections are managed in-house. For larger projects we coordinate with the sealed engineering required for occupancy.
What types of commercial spaces have you renovated?
Office tenant improvements, retail fit-outs, restaurant build-outs, professional services (legal, medical, insurance), and small showroom spaces across Greater Vancouver. We are happy to share references in your specific sector during the consultation.
How long does a typical commercial fit-out take?
A standard office or retail fit-out (1,500–4,000 sqft) runs 4–10 weeks depending on scope and code review timelines. Restaurant build-outs run longer (8–16 weeks) because of the kitchen mechanical and grease-trap work.
Do you carry the commercial liability insurance our landlord requires?
Yes — we maintain commercial general liability, WorkSafeBC coverage, and the additional named-insured certificates landlords typically request. We supply documentation directly to building management before mobilisation.
